Our Policies

1. Preregistration is not required but is encouraged

2. No Show and Late Cancellation policy: You can cancel up to 3 hours before class begins. Class cancellations can be done via Mindbody or by emailing us at hi@nowyogapdx.com (do not call us to cancel - all calls go to voicemail). Failure to update your reservation within 3 hours of class will result in one class deducted from your account or a $25 charge for those on the New Client Special.

3. If you are sick or under the weather, please stay home (this applies to our teachers too)

4. Masks are optional for everyone

5. Doors open 15 minutes before class start time. We need time to clean before and after classes

6. Memberships, Class Packs, and New Client Specials cannot be shared or transferred

7. All sales are final unless noted otherwise

8. Transactions cannot be disputed after a 12-month period from the transaction date
