Level I Yin Yoga Teacher Training:
The Bones and the Breath
Yin yoga offers a unique lens through which to view your yoga practice, your life, and your relationship to nature. In many ways, yin yoga is the remedy for this quickly paced, competitive, and goal-oriented culture we inhabit. This introductory training is both for yoga teachers who want to develop foundational skills to teach yin, as well as for practitioners who want to gain insight and dive deeper. Focusing primarily on the physical and energetic aspects of the practice, we will cover topics including: how to practice yin and why, Taoist philosophy and the meridian system, anatomy and physiology of yin and yang tissue, and how to effectively and safely teach yin yoga. Students may choose to attend individual weekends or bundle all three! On completion of all three weekends (25 hours) you will receive a certificate, CE credit which can be registered with Yoga Alliance, and eligibility to enroll in Level II.

How We Are Different From Other Yoga Schools:
You will receive real world teaching experience throughout the duration of the yoga school that will prepare you to teach public classes upon graduation. We truly teach you to teach.
This is a closed group yoga school. This means each session will only be open to those who are accepted into the school. We will not open up sections of the program to the public as a means to get a higher enrollment. Our focus is on you and preparing you to become a yoga teacher.
We cap enrollment at 15 students so we can truly get to know each person. Everyone learns differently and we want to create space for us to meet you where you are.
Our teaching faculty is unrivaled, boasting decades of experience in yoga instruction, with each member holding a 500-hour RYT certification.
Our team brings an exceptional depth of understanding, practice, and expertise in both practicing and teaching yoga, as well as mentoring others to become skilled instructors.
Graduates from our program consistently secure teaching positions, highlighting our strong track record in preparing individuals for successful careers in yoga instruction.
