NOW Yoga Retreat Terms and Conditions

• $500 Non-Refundable deposit is required to secure your spot

• By reserving your space with a deposit, you are agreeing to the stated policies in our Agreement.

• Strict Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your retreat you must notify NOW Yoga PDX in writing by contacting augusta@nowyogapdx.com. All deposits are non-refundable. If you paid in full and need to cancel before May1, 2024 you will be refunded the full amount paid minus the $500 non-refundable deposit and a $200 cancellation fee.  Exceptions to our cancellation policy cannot be made for ANY reason, including weather, terrorism, civil unrest, COVID, Zika virus, health changes, personal emergencies, or otherwise. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early.

• Retreat Pricing: All prices are per person and are set well in advance of the retreat start date. Prices include retreat costs only; they do not include airfare to and from the retreat.  All prices are set and are non-negotiable.

• Deposit & Payment Terms (per person): Reserve your spot with a non-refundable $500 deposit per person. Fifty percent of payment (less paid deposit due by July 1, 2024. Remaining payment due by October 1, 2024. All sign ups received after October 1, 2024 must be paid in full. All payments must be made via credit card stored in NOW Yoga’s Mindbody account.

• Mandatory Trip Insurance: Each retreat attendee is required to purchase individual trip insurance. NOW Yoga PDX  is not financially liable for any cancellations or circumstances out of our control (e.g. changes to your schedule, acts of God, pregnancy, etc.). We want to protect you - our guest - and require trip insurance to help protect your investment.

• Travel Documents and Immunizations: It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain all required travel documents including Visas unless otherwise noted. Information regarding necessary documentation is provided as necessary on our website or you can contact us for more detailed information. It is your responsibility to purchase correct immunizations. Please contact your nearest travel clinic for the latest requirements.

• Retreat Changes and Cancellations: NOW Yoga PDX reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary; including, but not limited to: staffing assignments, advertised excursions, arranged transportation, advertised meals, etc. In the rare case of a NOW Yoga PDX retreat cancellation, NOW will offer a full refund of your payment to NOW. NOW is not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred as a result of retreat cancellation including preparation costs, airline tickets, travel documents or other expenses. NOW reserves the right to cancel any retreat prior to departure in the event that there are too few people booked, in which case you will be given a full refund of any and all payments made to NOW. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek any compensation for any injury, loss, expenses or damages (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to visa, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes).

• Permission for Capture and Use: Media is defined as photography, video, written or verbal testimonial, or any other form of capturing likeness. For valuable consideration received, I grant to NOW the absolute and irrevocable right and unrestricted permission concerning any captured media that she/he has taken or may take of me or in which I may be included with others, to use, reuse, publish, and republish in whole or in part, individually or in connection with other material, in any and all publishing platforms now or hereafter known, including the Internet, and for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration; and to use my name in connection with any use if she/he/they so chooses.
