People get it for many purposes including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being and as a type of deep-tissue massage. You can even choose heart shaped cups uniquely designed to leave a distinctive afterglow.

AGNI-LATES: Private Pilates
Fire up your core with Pilates and Pranayama. This combo includes principles from Classical Pilates and Ayurveda. Ayurveda teaches us to enhance digestion and digest our experiences and the formal practice of controlling the breath, the source of our prana, life force, is Pranayama. In Pilates we too focus on the core, aka powerhouse, which consists of the abdominal muscles, lower back, inner and outer thighs, hips and buttocks. Pilates focus on the mind/body connection, concentration, control, flexibility, breathing and fluid movements makes it a wonderful method for aiding in digestion. Often times we stagnate because we aren’t breathing as deeply as we should be. In Pilates we strengthen the diaphragm muscles and breathe in the lower half of the body. A perfect combo to fire up our bellies!
